Individual Psychotherapy (Adolescents)

The adolescent years are one of the most difficult and emotional phases of one’s development for both the adolescent and their family. Adolescent’s at this age are dealing with the need to be independent while at the same time often being dependent on their parents for certain needs. Individual psychotherapy gives the adolescent the space to be heard and understood in terms of what is going on in their world.
